First of all, working with a divorce coach is not “work”! Coaches are here to make your divorce easier by finding ways to keep you moving through the process with increased control, confidence, and security.
Most coaches will offer a free consultation where you can discover if coaching and the coach are a good fit.
If you decide to work with a coach:
they will discuss the frequency of your sessions and corresponding fee options. They will ask you to review and sign their coaching agreement. If needed, they will provide referrals for resources that can help you. Then, you will begin our work together.
You will continue to meet or speak according to your agreement. At each meeting, you’ll address what is presently happening, answer “on fire” questions, and prepare you for what comes next. Additional resources will be provided as needed. In addition, most coaches are available for short calls and emails in between sessions. You will know someone is in your corner!
